The system easily fits within a standard stud wall, with trim and waterproofing done in our factory. It only requires electric and sleeve & support bracket installation, with minimal finishing requirements.

Its wireless mesh-networking enables seamless integration across hundreds of rooms, with compatibility for property management and smart building systems.
AIIR User App: Control your HVAC system anytime, anywhere. The AIIR app connects directly to the AIIR unit, giving users real-time access to temperature settings, schedules, and alerts. With AI and machine learning enabled Intelligent Modes, the app adapts to occupancy patterns and user preferences to balance comfort and energy savings. It supports zoned control, predictive scheduling, preventative maintenance alerts, and remote management—all from the palm of your hand.

AIIR was designed to easily fit within a standard stud wall to make installation faster and lower labor hours in the field. Easy disassembly from the interior makes repair and replacement easier and limits downtime.
