Industry veterans Sean Dillon and Tim Thorson join AIIR to accelerate growth across North America

Dillon, who most recently served as Multifamily Channel Manager at Allied Air, has built a distinguished career leading sales growth, strategy, and customer relationships across the mechanical systems and HVAC manufacturing sectors. Dillon has spent more than two decades helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of high-efficiency energy solutions.
Thorson joins AIIR following senior sales leadership roles with companies including Regal Rexnord and Johnson Controls. With over 20 years of experience, Thorson has a proven track record of guiding clients toward innovative, energy-efficient building systems while fostering strong partnerships with architects, engineers, and developers throughout the Americas.
